Zhongtian Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. is called Weifang Phenix Paper Co., Ltd. before, which is the biggest manufacturer of core board and one of top 100 paper mill in China, with 60 million USD of total capital and 750 staff .We mainly produce pre compressed pressboard(electric insulating paperboard), core board , white top linerboard, kraft linerboard and so on. In 2008, the annual output of our factory is up to 200, 000 tons, the annual turnover is 140 million USD, the expense of taxation is 10 million USD. 

According to country`s industrial policy and the demand of market, we invested 15 million USD and introduced key equipment and technology from abroad to build a first-class modern production line of pre compressed pressboard with 5000 tons of annual production capacity in 2008. The quality of our pre compressed pressboard comes up to high level and is approved by market .The pre compressed pressboard is a kind of insulation material used in high-voltage transformer, mainly used in more than 110kv high-voltage transformer, it is a new kind of material of high technology, energy-saving and environment-friendly used in building country's electrical network, which meets our country`s industrial policy and with good market prospect.
